The mission of the Florida Master Naturalist Program (FMNP) is to promote awareness, understanding, and respect of Florida's natural world among Florida's citizens and visitors.
"It was a decade long journey for me to call my self a Florida Master Naturalist and included some of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
After every class, after every hike and after every Friend's Group trip I enjoyed, I left knowing we would win...
We win...
A hundred years from now a shy ginger haired fourth grader will raise their hand in Science class and ask, "How did we win? How did we save the world?"
And the teacher will reply, "It was the Naturalists…"
Our great, great grandchildren will nod their heads and their chests will swell with pride…
"It was the Naturalists…"
Lets make our grandchildren proud…
